Aan de noordzijde van het huis, dicht bij de voordeur staat een houten CARPORT uit de eerste decennia van de 20ste eeuw. De carport bestaat uit een kap, zadeldak, rustend op acht houten palen en is overigens aan alle zijden open. Het geheel is opgetrokken op een verzorgde, decoratief constructieve wijze.
Waardering
De CARPORT is van algemeen belang:
- als illustratie van de ontwikkeling van de bouw van een dergelijk gebouwtype t.b.v. het autovervoer in Nederland als zodanig van belang vanwege de zorgvuldige vormgeving en vanwege de uniciteit;
- als onderdeel van het samenstel van gebouwen t.b.v. het transport op deze buitenplaats;
- in relatie tot de gaafheid van het samenstel der bijgebouwen.

Description
On the north side of the house, close to the front door stands a wooden CARPORT from the first decades of the 20th century. The carport consists of a roof, gabled roof, resting on eight wooden posts and is otherwise open on all sides. The whole is executed in a careful, decoratively constructive manner.

The CARPORT is of general interest:
- as an illustration of the development of the construction of such a building type for motor transport in the Netherlands, and as such of importance on account of the careful design and on account of its uniqueness;
- as a component of the ensemble of buildings for transport on this country estate;
