Omschrijving onderdeel 13: Enkele DIENSTWONING
Smal hoog woonhuis gebouwd in het derde kwart van de 19de eeuw, bestaande uit twee bouwlagen onder een met pannen gedekt mansarde dak. De als gebroken topgevel uitgevoerde voorgevel is twee traveeën breed met op de begane grond een groot venster en een deur, op de verdieping twee vensters met geprofileerde houten hoofdgestellen en een zoldervenster bestaande uit twee gekoppelde rondboogramen.

De enkele dienstwoning is van algemeen belang vanwege:

Description component 13: Single SERVICE DWELLING
Narrow tall residential building constructed in the third quarter of the 19th century, consisting of two storeys under a mansard roof covered with tiles. The front facade executed as a broken gable is two bays wide with on the ground floor a large window and a door, on the upper storey two windows with profiled wooden main frames and an attic window consisting of two coupled round-arched windows.

The single service dwelling is of general importance because of:

- the simple yet harmonious architecture, characteristic of its period of construction.
