Omschrijving onderdeel 4A: BOERDERIJ 'De Horteboer'.
Ten oosten van het hoofdgebouw staat een BOERDERIJ uit het begin van de 19de eeuw van het hallehuistype. Het woon- en bedrijfsgedeelte liggen onder een laag rieten wolfsdak. De muren zijn van basteen. In het woonhuisgedeelte vernieuwde meerruits vensters met luiken en een eenvoudige toegangsdeur met bovenlicht in de kopse gevel. In de lange gevel mestdeurtjes. Achtergevel met brede dubbele deeldeuren onder rechte strek, waarboven hooiluik en twee lage (mest)deurtjes. Ankerbalkgebint in het schuurgedeelte.
Waardering
De BOERDERIJ, deeluitmakend van een ensemble van boerderij met schuur, behorend tot de historische buitenplaats De Horte, is van algemeen belang:

Description of component 4A: FARMHOUSE 'De Horteboer'.
East of the main building stands a FARMHOUSE from the early 19th century of the hall-house type. The residential and business section lie under a low thatched half-hipped roof. The walls are of brick. In the residential section renewed multi-pane windows with shutters and a simple entrance door with fanlight in the gable end. Manure doors in the long facade. Rear gable with wide double split doors under straight brickwork, above which hayloft and two low (manure) doors. Timber-framed wall anchors in the shed section.

The FARMHOUSE, forming part of an ensemble of farmhouse with shed, belonging to the historic country estate De Horte, is of general importance:
