Omschrijving
Omschrijving onderdeel 3: (Numanwei 7, Oudemirdum) VOORMALIGE DIENSTWONING ANNEX STAL OP RINIASTATE.
Pal aan de achterzijde van het huis gelegen bakstenen dienstwoning op rechthoekige grondslag, die aan de noordzijde haaks overgaat in een stal, eveneens opgetrokken in baksteen op een rechthoekige grondslag, overkapt door een zadeldak met Friese golfpannen gedekt (aangebracht in de jaren '90 van de 20ste eeuw en van elders afkomstig). Het stalgedeelte is later opgetrokken, vermoedelijk rond 1900 (nog niet zichtbaar op de kadastrale kaart uit 1887). De dienstwoning dateert waarschijnlijk in oorsprong uit de tijd van de bouw van het hoofdhuis en aanleg van de parkaanleg (1843). In het laatste decennium van de 20ste eeuw werd het dak van het stalgebouw ca. een halve meter verhoogd en werd aan de achterzijde op de verdieping een rondboogvenster met hooiluik aangebracht. Toen werden ook in de naar het hoofdhuis gerichte gevel de huidige entree-deur en aan de korte zuidgevel de dubbele meerruitsdeur aangebracht. Achter de rechterzijde van laatstgenoemde gevel de opkamer (openslaand tweeruitsvenster met smal tweeruits bovenlicht) met eronder gelegen kelder (keldervenster). Op de verdieping een dubbel vierruitsvenster. In de naar het hoofdhuis gerichte gevel enkele meerruitsvensters. In de oostgevel (stal) centraal de staldeur met zesruits bovenlicht met aan weerszijden een hooggelegen zesruitsvenster. Aan de oostgevel van de dienstwoning een recente aanbouw die buiten de bescherming valt.
Waardering
De voormalige dienstwoning annex stal op Riniastate is in cultuurhistorisch opzicht van algemeen belang:
- als historisch en functioneel onderdeel van het complex;
- vanwege de ouderdom.

Description of component 3: (Numanwei 7, Oudemirdum) FORMER SERVANTS' DWELLING WITH COWSHED ON RINIASTATE.
Brick servants' dwelling on a rectangular plan positioned immediately adjoining the rear of the house, which turns at right angles on the north side into a cowshed, likewise constructed in brick on a rectangular plan, covered by a gabled roof with Frisian barrel tiles (installed in the 1990s and originating from elsewhere). The cowshed section was built later, presumably around 1900 (not yet visible on the cadastral map of 1887). The servants' dwelling probably dates originally from the time of the construction of the main house and the laying out of the park (1843). In the last decade of the 20th century the roof of the cowshed building was raised approximately half a metre and a semicircular-arched window with hay loft hatch was fitted on the upper floor on the rear side. At that time the current entrance door was also fitted to the gable facing the main house, and double multi-pane double doors were fitted to the short south gable. Behind the right side of the latter gable is the storage room (hinged two-pane window with narrow two-pane fanlight) with cellar beneath it (cellar window). On the upper floor a double four-pane window. In the gable facing the main house several multi-pane windows. In the east gable (cowshed) centrally the stable door with six-pane fanlight with a high-set six-pane window on either side. On the east gable of the servants' dwelling a recent extension which falls outside the protection.
Valuation
The former servants' dwelling with cowshed on Riniastate is of general cultural-historical importance:
- as a historical and functional component of the complex;
- on account of its age.
