Omschrijving onderdeel 4: TUINMANSWONING.
Terzijde van het poortgebouw staat een op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken dienstwoning uit 1870 (zie gevelsteen). Het pand is opgebouwd uit handgevormde baksteen met een gecementeerde vóór- en achtergevel (tuitgevel) en bestaat uit één bouwlaag onder een met Oud-Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak (windborden). De frontgevel is regelmatig ingedeeld met twee zesruits vensters en rechts daarvan een opgeklampte deur met tweeruits bovenlicht, in de top een vierruits venster. In de achtergevel zijn twee kleine ijzeren stalvensters. Verder vernieuwde vensters en een kleine recente aanbouw van een keuken tegen de zijgevel.

De TUINMANSWONING is van algemeen belang:

Description
Description component 4: GARDENER'S COTTAGE.
Beside the gateway stands a gardener's dwelling erected on a rectangular ground plan from 1870 (see façade stone). The building is constructed of handmade brick with a cemented front and rear façade (spout gable) and consists of one storey under a gabled roof tiled with Old Dutch tiles (wind boards). The front façade is regularly divided with two six-ruit windows and to the right of these a clamped door with two-ruit fanlight, at the top a four-ruit window. In the rear façade are two small iron stable windows. Further renewed windows and a small recent kitchen extension against the side façade.
Valuation
The GARDENER'S COTTAGE is of general importance:
