Omschrijving
Voormalig KOETSHUIS met rechthoekige plattegrond aan de noordoostzijde van de villa, bestaande uit een bouwlaag afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt met kruispannen. Links tegen het oorspronkelijke koetshuis bevindt zich een recente aanbouw (1995-2000) die vanwege de geringe ouderdom buiten de bescherming valt. Het object is momenteel in gebruik als werkplaats met garage. Het zadeldak is voorzien van mastgoten en houten windveren. In het linker zijschild bevindt zich een rookkanaal. De houten, in horizontale rabatdelen opgetrokken gevels zijn opgetrokken op een bakstenen fundament. De topgevels zijn voorzien van een verticaal beschot.. Centraal in de VOORGEVEL bevindt zich een dubbele rechthoekige geklampte deur. In de LINKER ZIJGEVEL bevinden zich twee regelmaitg verdeelde vensters met vierruits schuiframen. De ACHTERGEVEL is een gesloten gevel. De RECHTER ZIJGEVEL is identiek aan de linker zijgevel. Het INTERIEUR is grotendeels in tact gebleven.
Waardering
Voormalig KOETSHUIS met als huidige functie garage gebouwd als onderdeel van het complex ' vicarie' in 1906 gelegen aan de noordzijde van de Rijksstraatweg binnen de bebouwde kom van Twello in de gemeente Voorde. Het koetshuis is van algemeen architectuurhistorisch, stedenbouwkundig en cultuurhistorisch belang:
- als goed voorbeeld van een goed bewaard gebleven voormalig houten koetshuis als onderdeel van het complex ' Vicarie' uit 1906.
- vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke relatie van het koetshuis met de overige onderdelen van het complex ' Vicarie'.

Description
Former COACH HOUSE with rectangular ground plan on the northeastern side of the villa, consisting of one storey closed off by a gabled roof covered with interlocking tiles. On the left against the original coach house is a recent extension (1995-2000) which falls outside protection due to its recent date. The object is currently in use as a workshop with garage. The gabled roof is provided with gutter boxes and wooden weather vanes. In the left side slope is a chimney flue. The wooden facades, constructed in horizontal rabated sections, are constructed on a brick foundation. The gable ends are provided with vertical boarding. Centrally in the FRONT FACADE is a double rectangular clamped door. In the LEFT SIDE GABLE are two regularly distributed windows with four-light sash frames. The REAR FACADE is a closed facade. The RIGHT SIDE GABLE is identical to the left side gable. The INTERIOR has remained largely intact.
Valuation
Former COACH HOUSE with current use as garage built as part of the 'vicaria' complex in 1906 located on the northern side of the Rijksstraatweg within the built-up area of Twello in the municipality of Voorde. The coach house is of general architectural-historical, urban-planning and cultural-historical importance:
