Omschrijving
De SCHUUR met rechthoekig grondplan gelegen ten noordoosten van de villa, bestaat uit één bouwlaag afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt met rode kruispannen. Het zadeldak is voorzien van een mastgoot met eenvoudig geprofileerde windveren. Op de nok bevindt zich een houten ventilatiekanaal , afgesloten door een zadeldakje. De houten, in horizontale rabatdelen opgetrokken gevels zijn opgetrokken op een bakstenen fundament. De topgevels zijn voorzien van een verticaal beschot.
Links in de VOORGEVEL (zuidgevel) bevindt zich een rechthoekige, houten geklampte deur.
De LINKERZIJGEVEL (westgevel) is een blinde gevel met tegen het bakstenen fundament een gemetselde rand. De gevel eindigt in een topgevel met verticaal beschot. Links boven in de ACHTERGEVEL (noordgevel) bevindt zich een klein raam.
De RECHTERZIJGEVEL (oostgevel) is een blinde gevel. De gevel eindigt in een topgevel met royaal overstek en verticaal beschot.
In het INTERIEUR bevindt zich de inrichting ten behoeve van de gasvoorziening van de villa.

Description
BARN with rectangular ground plan located to the northeast of the villa, consists of one storey enclosed by a gabled roof covered with red interlocking tiles. The gabled roof is fitted with a roof gutter with simply profiled wind braces. On the ridge there is a wooden ventilation channel, enclosed by a small gabled roof. The wooden facades, built up in horizontal rabat sections, are built on a brick foundation. The gable tops are fitted with vertical boarding.
On the left in the FRONT FACADE (south facade) there is a rectangular, wooden clamped door.
The LEFT SIDE FACADE (west facade) is a blank facade with against the brick foundation a brick edge. The facade ends in a gable top with vertical boarding. On the left above in the REAR FACADE (north facade) there is a small window.
The RIGHT SIDE FACADE (east facade) is a blank facade. The facade ends in a gable top with generous projection and vertical boarding.
