Omschrijving
VILLA gebouwd op een rechthoekig grondplan bestaande uit twee bouwlagen, een zolder en een kelder afgesloten door een afgewolfd zadeldak met aangekapt zadeldak gedekt met geglazuurde rode kruispannen. Het dak is voorzien van mastgoten en geprofileerde windveren. In het dakvlak bevinden zich drie fraai gemetselde schoorsteenschachten afgesloten door zadeldakjes met rode kruispannen. Links tegen de noordgevel bevindt zich een eenlaags houten aanbouw afgesloten door een zadeldak gedekt met rode kruispannen. Links tegen de zuidgevel bevindt zich een driezijdige gemetselde serre, bestaande uit één bouwlaag, deels afgesloten door een dakschild met rode maas-leipannen en plat dak met houten geprofileerde balustrade. De gevels zijn witgepleisterd met schoon metselwerk rondom de vensters, ter plaatse van de ingangspartij, de serre en het trasraam. De rechthoekige vensters bestaan bestaan grotendeels uit enkelruits onderramen met meerruits bovenlichten, aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een houten geprofileerde latei met erboven gelegen rollaag.
Centraal in de VOORGEVEL (oostgevel) bevindt zich een inpandig portiek afgesloten door een latei. In het portiek bevindt zich een terug gelegen paneeldeur met zijlichten. Op de verdieping bevindt zich een balkon-loggia afgesloten door een segmentboog ondersteund door twee gemetselde pijlers. In de loggia bevinden zich twee gekoppelde enkelruits vensters met vijftien-ruits bovenlicht. Links van de raampartij bevindt zich een deur met glasindeling. Het balkon is voorzien van een geprofileerde houten balustrade. De licht uitkragende geveltop is voorzien van vakwerk ondersteund door kleine consoles met bovenin een verticaal beschot. In het vakwerk bevinden zich drie gekoppelde vensters bestaande uit een stolpraam met meerruits bovenlicht. Links op de begane grond bevindt zich een stolpraam met zes-ruits bovenlicht. Links op de verdieping bevindt zich een enkelruits raam met acht-ruits bovenlicht. Rechts op de begane grond bevinden zich twee gekoppelde vier-ruits valramen en een vier-ruits stolpraam, beide voorzien van diefijzers. Op de verdieping bevindt zich een venster als links in de gevel.
De LINKERZIJGEVEL (zuidgevel) bestaat uit de serre links, een middenrisaliet en een terug gelegen vensteras. Centraal in de driezijdige serre bevindt zich een enkelruits raam met zestien-ruits bovenlicht met aan weerszijden een enkelruits raam met twaalf-ruits bovenlicht. De serre wordt afgesloten door een meerzijdig schild met plat dak met houten geprofileerde balustrade. In de terug gelegen gevel op de verdieping bevindt zich een dubbele deur met glasindeling met een bovenlicht bestaande uit twee gekoppelde zes-ruits ramen. Rechts in de zijgevel van de middenrisaliet bevindt zich een deur met glasindeling. De middenrisaliet eindigt in een topgevel met achterliggend aangekapt zadeldak. De windveren van het royaal overstek kruisen elkaar op de top. Op de begane grond van de middenrisaliet bevindt zich een driestrooks venster met enkelruits onderramen en meerruits bovenlichten aan de bovenzijde afgesloten door een latei met segmentboog. Op de verdieping bevindt zich een stolpraam met meerruits bovenlicht met in de top twee gekoppelde zes-ruits ramen. De geveltop is voorzien van vakwerk.
De ACHTERGEVEL (westgevel) bestaat uit de zijgevel van de terug gelegen aanbouw tegen de noordgevel, de achtergevel van de villa en de zijgevel van de serre. In de zijgevel van de aanbouw bevindt zich een geklampte deur met aan weerszijden vier-ruits zijlichten. Op de begane grond in de achtergevel bevindt zich links een enkelruits raam met twaalf-ruits bovenlicht, rechts een stolpraam met achttien-ruits bovenlicht. Op de verdieping bevindt zich links en rechts een stolpraam met twaalf-ruits bovenlicht. De afgewolfde geveltop is voorzien van vakwerk met in de top een verticaal beschot. Onder het beschot bevinden zich drie gekoppelde stolpramen met meerruits bovenlicht.
Links tegen de RECHTERZIJGEVEL (noordgevel) bevindt zich de houten éénlaags aanbouw afgesloten door een zadeldak. Rechts van de aanbouw op de begane grond bevinden zich twee gekoppelde ramen met meerruits bovenlicht met uiterst rechts een deur met glasindeling en meerruits bovenlicht. Op de verdieping bevinden zich twee stolpramen met meerruits bovenlicht. In het dakschild bevinden zich twee schoorsteenschachten.
Het INTERIEUR is grotendeels in oorspronkelijke staat bewaard gebleven met een prominenten bordestrap, stucplafonds, balkenplafonds met ingebouwde rolluiken en terrazzo vloer

VILLA gebouwd als onderdeel van het complex `Vicarie' in 1906 gelegen aan de noordzijde van de Rijksstraatweg binnen de bebouwde kom van Twello in de gemeente Voorst.

VILLA built on a rectangular ground plan consisting of two storeys, an attic and a basement enclosed by a half-hipped gabled roof with an adjoining gabled roof covered with glazed red interlocking tiles. On the left against the south facade there is a three-sided brick conservatory, consisting of one storey, partly enclosed by a roof covering with red slate and flat roof with wooden profiled balustrade. The facades are white-rendered with exposed brickwork around the windows, at the entrance section, the conservatory and the transom window. The rectangular windows consist largely of single-pane lower windows with multi-pane fanlights, at the top enclosed by a wooden profiled lintel with a roller blind situated above it.

The REAR FACADE (west facade) consists of the side facade of the recessed extension against the north facade, the rear facade of the villa and the side facade of the conservatory.
