Inleiding
Rechts van de boerderij staat haaks een VARKENSSTAL annex schuur welke werd gebouwd in 1912. Het ontwerp was van de Tilburgse architect J. Donders die ook verantwoordelijk was voor het ontwerp van de boerderij. In het linkerdeel van de stal bevonden zich de varkensstallen met aangrenzend de schuur die deels was ingericht voor het houden van enkele stuks vee. Het rechterdeel van het gebouw bevat een bakhuis met een nu verdwenen inpandige oven. Het dak van de schuur was oorspronkelijk gedekt met riet, maar werd, na enkele herstellingen, omstreeks 1936 grotendeels vervangen door een dakbedekking met pannen. In 1949, toen het complex te boek stond als 'fabriek' van de 'Nederlandsche Caliqua NV', werd de voorgevel van dezeschuur enigzins gewijzigd door het toevoegen van een deur.
Omschrijving
Eenlaagse bakstenen schuur onder zadeldak met overstek, aan de straatzijde gedekt met oud-Hollandse pannen, aan de zijde van het erf met verbeterde oud-Hollandse pannen. In de voorgevel, grenzend aan het erf, verleent een opgeklampte dubbele poort toegang tot de schuur waarin onder andere nogaanwezig een uit ruw behakte repels opgebouwde Hollandse stal.
Rechts van de poort een (later ingezet) klein vierkant venster en twee opgeklampte deuren waarvan de linker werd geplaatst in 1949. De deur rechts geeft toegang tot het bakhuis met in het interieur sporen van de lateruitgebroken bakoven. De vloeren in de gehele stal zijn in beton uitgevoerd. Uiterst rechts in de voorgevel een vast zesruits venster met betonnen dorpel. In de top van de rechterzijgevel een klein opgeklampt hooiluik. In de linkerzijgevel twee opgeklampte, horizontaal gedeelde poortjes met oorspronkelijk hang-en sluitwerk, het geheel onder rollagen. Daarboven een vierruits venster met bakstenen afzaat. In beide zijgevels enkele eenvoudige steekankers. De achtergevel is blind.
Waardering
De stal is van algemeen belang vanwege de ensemblewaarden als essentieel onderdeel van een groter geheel dat cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch van nationaal belang is. Het object is bovendien van belang vanwege de gaafheid van zowel in- en exterieur.

To the right of the farmhouse stands at right angles a PIG STY adjoining a barn which was built in 1912. The design was by the Tilburg architect J. Donders who was also responsible for the design of the farmhouse. In the left part of the sty were the pig pens with the barn adjoining, which was partly fitted out for keeping some livestock. Description
Single-storey brick barn under gabled roof with overhang, on the street side covered with old-Dutch tiles, on the yard side with improved old-Dutch tiles. In the front facade, bordering the yard, a clamped double door provides access to the barn in which, among other things, a Dutch stall built from roughly hewn repels is still present.
To the right of the door a (later inserted) small square window and two clamped doors, of which the left was placed in 1949. The door on the right gives access to the bakehouse with traces in the interior of the baking oven later broken out. The floors throughout the barn are executed in concrete. At the far right in the front facade a fixed six-pane window with a concrete lintel. In the gable of the right side facade a small clamped hay loft window. In the left side facade two clamped, horizontally divided small doors with originally hung and closing hardware, all under roll-moulding. Above it a four-pane window with brick cornice. In both side facades some simple stepped anchors. The rear facade is blind.
Valuation
The barn is of general public interest because of its ensemble values as an essential component of a larger whole which is of national cultural and architectural-historical importance. The object is moreover of importance because of the intactness of both interior and exterior.
