Vlaamse SCHUUR behorende tot het boerderijcomplex "Klein IJpelaar" uit 1886.
Omschrijving
De rechthoekige houten Vlaamse schuur heeft drie gebinten met een zijlangsdeel onder rieten schilddak met aan de noordwestkant boven de deeldeuren een huif. In de zuidoosthoek van de schuur een paardenstal met ernaast een varkenshok. Aan de westkant van de schuur een uitgebouwd kippenhok onder lessenaarsdak gedekt met Oudhollandse pannen. De wanden van de schuur bestaan uit houten stijl- en regelwerk bekleed met zwart geteerde rabatdelen op een stenen basement.
Waardering
De schuur is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als getuigenis van de ontwikkeling van de landbouw in Midden-Brabant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van een waardevol geheel. Het is een gaaf en compleet voorbeeld van dit type boerderij in de landelijke omgeving van de IJpelaar.

Description
The rectangular wooden Flemish barn has three bays with a side-long section under a thatched hipped roof with a hovel above the split doors on the northwest side. In the southeast corner of the barn a horse stable with next to it a pig sty. On the west side of the barn an extended chicken house under a lean-to roof covered with Dutch-style tiles. The walls of the barn consist of wooden post-and-rail work clad with black tarred rabbit-edge boards on a stone basement.
Valuation
The barn is of general interest. The building has cultural-historical value as evidence of the development of agriculture in Midden-Brabant and as an example of the typological development of the farmstead. It has ensemble values as part of a valuable whole. It is a sound and complete example of this type of farmstead in the rural surroundings of the IJpelaar.
