Omschrijving
Het bakhuis met de uitgebouwde oven heeft een zadeldak gedekt met Oudhollandse pannen. Het opgaande werk bestaat uit rode handgevormde baksteen gemetseld in kruisverband. In het bakhuis een complete bakkersoven.
Waardering
Het bakhuis is van algemeen belang. Het gebouw heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als getuigenis van de ontwikkeling van de landbouw in Midden-Brabant en als voorbeeld van de typologische ontwikkeling van de boerderij. Het heeft ensemblewaarden als onderdeel van een waardevol geheel. Het is een gaaf en compleet voorbeeld van dit type boerderij in de landelijke omgeving van de IJpelaar.
