Schuur en wagenschuur en hooitas, aanvulling op de reeds bestaande bescherming zie no=38386.
Inleiding
WAGENSCHUUR EN HOOISCHUUR behorende bij de reeds beschermde 17de-eeuwse langhuisboerderij. Het stalgedeelte van deze boerderij is in de derde kwart van de 19de eeuw vervangen door de huidige stal. Toen is tevens de daar tegenoverliggende wagenschuur gebouwd in dezelfde stijl als de stal. De relatief grote 19de-eeuwse hooischuur is op het achtererf gelegen. Zowel de hoofd- als de bijgebouwen bevinden zich in vrijwel oorspronkelijke staat. Het complex vormt samen met de verdere erfinrichting met oprijlaan en boomgaard een gaaf geheel.
Omschrijving
De op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen wagenschuur heeft een ruim overstekend met pannen gedekt zadeldak. In de voorgevel verschillende openingen met centraal een dubbele deur deuren ter plaatse waarvan de dakgoot iets is opgetild. Rechts daarvan een rechthoekig venster, een rondboog deur en een rechtgesloten dubbele deur. Links daarvan een modernere schuifdeur en nog een rondboog deur. De aanbouw tegen de achtergevel is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang. De rechter zijgevel, aan de straatzijde, heeft in de top een rondboog hooiluik; de linker is blind uitgevoerd. Inwendig de oude bestrating met klinkers en in het stalgedeelte een grup. De open hooischuur bestaat uit een houten constructie op een bakstenen fundamenten met aan de voorzijde natuurstenen poeren. Op de kavel staat tevens een betonnen schuur die van bescherming uitgesloten is.
Waardering
Het complex van boerderij met bijgebouwen en erf (oprijlaan en boomgaard) is van cultuur- en architectuurhistorisch belang - vanwege de ensemblewaarden met name de ruimtelijke, stilistische en functionele samenhang tussen de onderdelen; - vanwege de gaafheid; - als goed voorbeeld van een boerderij met bijbehorend erf en onderdelen.

Introduction
CART-SHED AND HAY-SHED belonging to the already protected 17th-century longhouse farm. The stable section of this farm was replaced in the third quarter of the 19th century by the present stable. At the same time the cart-shed opposite was built in the same style as the stable. The relatively large 19th-century hay-shed is situated at the rear of the property. Both the main building and the outbuildings are in virtually original condition. The complex forms, together with the rest of the land layout with approach and orchard, a cohesive whole.
Description
The brick cart-shed erected on a rectangular base has a generously overhanging, pantile-clad gabled roof. In the front facade various openings with centrally a double door at the point where the roof gutter is slightly raised. To the right a rectangular window, a round-arched door and a right-angled double door. To the left a more modern sliding door and another round-arched door. The outbuilding against the rear facade is of subordinate importance for the protection. The right side facade, facing the street, has at the top a round-arched hay door; the left is blank. Internally the original paving with clinker bricks and in the stable section a drainage channel. The open hay-shed consists of a wooden structure on brick foundations with natural stone posts at the front. On the plot stands also a concrete shed which is excluded from protection.
Valuation
The complex of farmhouse with outbuildings and property (approach and orchard) is of cultural and architectural-historical importance - on account of the ensemble values, in particular the spatial, stylistic and functional coherence between the components; - on account of the intactness; - as a good example of a farmhouse with associated property and components.
