Complexonderdeel (4): Bakstenen en mergelstenen TUINMUUR met gemetselde hekpijlers, datering circa 1900.
Omschrijving: De L-vormige tuinmuur omsluit de rechthoekige binnenhof aan een lange en een korte zijde. De tuinmuur is meer dan manshoog, heeft ten dele een geleding met muurdammetjes en wordt afgesloten met een gemetselde hekpijler op een betonnen voet.
Waardering: De bakstenen en mergelstenen tuinmuur bezit algemeen belang want het object: - is meer dan vijftig jaar oud; - heeft een historische en functionele betekenis als erfscheiding; - maakt wezenlijk deel uit van het complex; - heeft betekenis voor de geschiedenis van het bouwvak.
