Complexonderdeel (3): PRIVAATGEBOUWTJE op de binnenhof; datering: omstreeks 1900.
Omschrijving: Platgedekt, bakstenen privaatgebouwtje op rechthoekige plattegrond. Het privaatgebouwtje staat op de binnenhof en is met de achtergevel tegen de tuinmuur gebouwd. De deuren en ramen zijn voorzien van houten lamellen. Inwendig zijn verschillende sanitaire voorzieningen aanwezig.
Waardering: Het privaatgebouwtje op de binnenhof bezit algemeen belang wegens de: - ouderdom; - functionele en historische betrokkenheid op het woon-/winkelhuis en de brouwerij; - gaafheid; - de zeldzaamheid.
