Complexonderdeel (2): Vrijstaand BIJGEBOUWTJE in de tuin; datering: circa 1880.
Omschrijving: Gedeeltelijk onderkelderd bijgebouwtje, opgetrokken in mergel en baksteen en gedekt met een zadeldak voorzien van rode oud-Hollandse pannen waaronder stropoppen; het gebouwtje heeft een plattegrond in de vorm van een rechthoek. Inwendig o.a. een kelder met tongewelf, lemen vloer, houten vlieringvloer, eenvoudige houten kapconstructie.
Waardering: Het vrijstaande bijgebouwtje in de tuin bezit algemeen belang want het: - is ouder dan vijftig jaar; - vervulde vrijwel zeker een rol in het historische bedrijfsproces van de voormalige brouwerij; - heeft belang voor de geschiedenis van de bouwkunst, mede wegens het gebruik van streekeigen bouwmateriaal; - maakt wezenlijk deel uit van het beschermde complex.

Complex component (2): Detached SMALL OUTBUILDING in the garden; dating: circa 1880.
Description: Partially sub-cellaraged outbuilding, constructed in marl and brick and covered with a gabled roof fitted with red old Dutch tiles with straw finials beneath; the building has a floor plan in the shape of a rectangle. Internally, amongst other things, a cellar with barrel vault, earthen floor, wooden loft floor, simple wooden roof truss structure.
Valuation: The detached small outbuilding in the garden is of general importance because it: - is older than fifty years; - almost certainly played a role in the historical operating process of the former brewery; - is of importance for the history of building craft, particularly on account of the use of regionally characteristic building materials; - forms an integral part of the protected complex.
