Inleiding
De Nederlands Hervormde kerk met twee luidklokken uit 1502 met klokkenstoel. Beide klokken zijn gegoten door Willem van Wou, van wiens oeuvre nog acht klokken bewaard zijn gebleven: in Culemborg, Den Oever, Huis ter Heide (provincie Utrecht), Oudewater, Soest, Wijk bij Duurstede en Zuidwolde (provincie Drenthe, twee stuks).
Omschrijving
NEDERLANDS HERVORMDE KERK met twee monumentale LUIDKLOKKEN met bestaande KLOKKENSTOEL in de klokkentoren. Beide luidklokken zijn in 1502 door Willem van Wou gegoten. De ene klok heeft een doorsnede van 0.77 meter, toon Ais 1 en een gewicht van 283 kilo. Volgens het randopschrift is de klok gewijd aan "IHESUS MARIA IOHANNES SANCTA ANNA ORA PRO NOBIS WILHELMUS DIE WOU ME FECIT ANNO DOMINI M CCCCCII".
De tweede klok heeft een diameter van 0.88 meter, toon Gis 1 en een gewicht van 373 kilo met als randopschrift: "IHESUS MARIA IOHANNES AC MATERNUS ORA PRO NOBIS WILHELMUS DE WOU MET FECIT ANNO DOMINI M CCCCCII". De klokkentoren bevindt zich op de nok van de kerk, aan de westzijde.
