Omschrijving
Inleiding
Boerderij van het hallehuistype met langdeel. De boerderij is rond 1860 in ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl gebouwd ter plaatse van een oudere boerderij. In de boerderij bevindt zich een tweede woonhuis waardoor de zuidgevel is aangepast; de langdeel is nog aanwezig. Het erf is gedeeltelijk voorzien van keibestrating; in de door een haag omgeven voortuin staan twee monumentale eikebomen.
Omschrijving
Boerderij opgetrokken in baksteen deels op een gepleisterde plint onder een afgewolfd zadeldak, aan de voorzijde met windveren, aan de achterzijde met uilebord, makelaar en vlechting langs de dakrand. Het voorhuis is gedekt met pannen (sneldekkers), het achterdeel met riet. Op de nok twee schoorstenen.
Deels onderkelderd voorhuis met gepleisterde plint en zesruits schuifvensters onder strek. De voorgevel is symmetrisch ingedeeld met vier vensters en een centraal geplaatste houten deur onder tweeruits bovenlicht; op de verdieping twee vierruitsvensters. Zijgevels met staafankers; zuidelijke zijgevel van het voorhuis met drie vensters en een deur onder tweeruits bovenlicht. In de noordgevel vier dito vensters en een kelderraam.
De zuidelijke zijgevel wordt na de krimp met baksteenvlechting en deur, ritmisch geleed door getoogde vierruits stalvensters en mestdeuren (nu glaspuien). In de krimp van de noordgevel een klein tweeruits venster. Het bredere (bedrijfs)gedeelte met een houten opgeklampte deur, vierruitsvenster met luik en voorts een ritmische geleding door mestdeuren en stalvensters als in de zuidgevel.
De achtergevel met baanderdeuren onder korfboog met gepleisterde aanzet- en sluitstenen. Ter weerszijden daarvan een vierruits stalvenster onder segmentboog en een staldeur onder korfboog met gepleisterde aanzet- en sluitsteen.
INTERIEUR
Oorspronkelijke indeling voorhuis, woongedeelte met tegelwanden, bedstedenwanden en opkamer; langdeel met oorspronkelijke gebintconstructie.
Waardering
De boerderij is van cultuur-, architectuurhistorisch en stedebouwkundig belang als hoofdonderdeel van het complex, vanwege de typlogie, de karakteristieke vormgeving en markante situering.

Description
Farm built in brick partly on a plastered plinth under a cambered gabled roof, on the front side with weather vanes, on the rear side with owl board, tie-beam and wickerwork along the roof edge. The front house is covered with tiles (quick-fixing tiles), the rear section with thatch. Two chimneys on the ridge.
Partly basement front house with plastered plinth and six-pane sash windows under stretcher course. The front facade is symmetrically designed with four windows and a centrally placed wooden door under two-pane fanlight; on the upper storey two four-pane windows. Side gables with staple anchors; southern side gable of the front house with three windows and a door under two-pane fanlight. In the north gable four similar windows and a cellar window.
The southern side gable is after the notch with brick wickerwork and door, rhythmically articulated by arched four-pane stable windows and manure doors (now glass doors). In the notch of the north gable a small two-pane window. The wider (business) section with a wooden secured door, four-pane window with shutter and furthermore a rhythmic articulation by manure doors and stable windows as in the south gable.
The rear gable with basket-arch doors with plastered setting and keystones. On either side of it a four-pane stable window under segmental arch and a stable door under basket-arch with plastered setting and keystone.
INTERIOR
Original layout front house, residential section with tile walls and cupboard-bed walls and upper room; long section with original roof truss structure.
