Inleiding.
Ten noorden van het gehucht Helwijk ligt de boerderij "Moria" van het Westbrabantse type met een vrijstaand woonhuis, een varkenshok, een HEK en parkachtig aandoende TUIN. Het geheel dateert, getuige een gevelsteen aan de ingang van het huis, uit 1907.
Omschrijving.
Het complex is omgeven door een grote tuin, waarvan vermeldenswaard zijn de liguster- en vuurdoornhagen, een hoogstamboomgaard en een grote beuk achter het huis. De tuin is toegankelijk door een smeedijzeren hek met twee vleugels met geometrische figuren tussen twee natuurstenen kolommen met spaarvelden en piramidale bekroning.
Waardering.
Het geheel van hek en tuin is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als representant van de agrarische ontwikkeling van het kleigebied en heeft typologische betekenis als een vroeg voorbeeld van een dergelijk agrarisch geheel. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde als representant van een tot in alle details doorgevoerde architectuurstijl gangbaar rond de eeuwwisseling. Woonhuis en bijgebouw hebben ensemblewaarde vanwege de functionele en landschappelijke samenhang van de villaboerderij met de omringende tuin met hekwerken, hagen, boomgaard en oude bomen en verder als karakteristiek onderdeel van de reeks waardevolle boerderijen en woonhuizen langs het Steenpad. De tuinaanleg is grotendeels gaaf bewaard gebleven.

The complex is surrounded by a large garden, of which the privet and hawthorn hedges, a standard-form orchard and a large beech tree behind the house are noteworthy. The garden is accessible through a wrought-iron gate with two wings with geometric figures between two natural stone columns with spandrels and pyramidal finials.
Valuation.
The whole of gate and garden is of general importance. It has cultural-historical value as representative of the agricultural development of the clay region and has typological significance as an early example of such an agricultural complex. It has architectural-historical value as representative of an architectural style carried through in all details that was current around the turn of the century. Dwelling house and outbuilding have ensemble value because of the functional and landscape coherence of the villa farmhouse with the surrounding garden with fencing, hedges, orchard and old trees and further as a characteristic component of the series of valuable farmhouses and dwelling houses along the Steenpad. The garden layout has been preserved largely intact.
