Inleiding.
Ten noorden van het gehucht Helwijk ligt de boerderij "Moria" van het Westbrabantse type met een vrijstaand woonhuis en varkenshok. Het varkenshok dateert, getuige een gevelsteen aan de ingang van het huis, eveneens uit 1907. Het heeft Ambachtelijke-Traditionele vormen.
Omschrijving.
Het varkenshok op rechthoekige plattegrond is opgetrokken in bruin-rode baksteen onder een zadeldak belegd met zwarte bouletpannen en crête. Centraal aan de voorkant ligt de ingang met opgeklampte segmentdeur. Verder een houten vierruits venster en een vierruits ijzeren stalraampje met tuimellicht onder rondboog. Dito raampjes en een oculus met ijzeren tuimelraam in de zijgevel. Aan de erfzijde liggen onder rondbogen drie lage opgeklampte deuren van de varkenshokken. Over de gevels loopt ter hoogte van de dorpels een rood en gebroken witte rollaag. In de dwarsgevel een band van tegels met gebroken wit geometrisch motief op rode ondergrond. Een pad in visgraatmotief ligt voor het bouwsel.
Waardering.
Het varkenshok is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als representant van de agrarische ontwikkeling van het kleigebied en heeft typologische betekenis als voorbeeld van een klein agrarisch gebouw. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde als representant van een tot in alle details doorgevoerde architectuurstijl gangbaar rond de eeuwwisseling. Woonhuis en bijgebouw hebben ensemblewaarde vanwege de functionele en landschappelijke samenhang van de villa-boerderij met de omringende tuin met hekwerken, hagen, boomgaard en oude bomen en verder als karakteristiek onderdeel van de reeks waardevolle boerderijen en woonhuizen langs het Steenpad. Het varkenshok is grotendeels gaaf bewaard gebleven.

The pig sty on a rectangular floor plan is built in brown-red brickwork beneath a gabled roof covered with black barrel tiles and cresting. Centrally at the front lies the entrance with a clasped segmental door. Further a wooden four-pane window and a four-pane iron stable window with tilt-light beneath a round arch. Similar windows and an oculus with iron tilt-light window in the side elevation. On the court side lie beneath round arches three low clasped doors of the pig sties. Over the elevations runs at the height of the lintels a red and broken white roll moulding. In the gable end a band of tiles with broken white geometric motif on red ground. A path in herringbone pattern lies in front of the structure.

The pig sty is of general interest. It has cultural-historical value as a representative of the agricultural development of the clay region and has typological significance as an example of a small agricultural building.
