Omschrijving onderdeel 4 (Heideburen 99): TUINMANSWONING. In gepleisterde baksteen opgetrokken tuinmanswoning uit 1852 van één bouwlaag op rechthoekige grondslag onder met riet gedekt schilddak met schoorstenen op de nokeinden. Excentrisch aan de voor(=straat)zijde een eenvoudige toegangsdeur met bovenlicht met sierlijke roedenindeling, geflankeerd door aan de westzijde een venster en aan de oostzijde twee vensters met empireramen met dito invulling van het bovenlicht. De PLATTEGROND van de woning is nagenoeg oorspronkelijk. In het INTERIEUR is ondermeer van belang de woonkamer met schouw en bedsteden waaronder een kelder. De aan de achterzijde los van de tuinmanswoning gesitueerde berging dateert van omstreeks 1960 en valt buiten de bescherming.

TUINMANSWONING behorende tot de buitenplaats Voormeer is van algemeen belang:
- vanwege de architectonische vormgeving;
- vanwege de gaafheid van het exterieur en redelijke gaafheid van het interieur;

Description component 4 (Heideburen 99): GARDENER'S COTTAGE. Gardener's cottage constructed in rendered brick dating from 1852 of one storey on rectangular foundations under a hipped roof thatched with reed with chimneys at the ridge ends. Eccentrically on the front (=street) side a simple entrance door with fanlight with elegant glazing bar division, flanked on the west side by a window and on the east side by two windows with empire-style sash windows with the same division of the fanlight. The FLOOR PLAN of the cottage is virtually original. In the INTERIOR the living room with chimney breast and bed cupboards, including a cellar, is notably important. The storage shed situated separately from the gardener's cottage at the rear dates from circa 1960 and falls outside the protection.
