Vijf traveeën breed herenhuis met verdieping onder vierzijdig zadeldak met hoekschoorstenen, waarvan een met bord.
Versierde kroonlijst.
Omlijste ingang; negen vensters met ieder zes ruiten (plm. 1806 ?).
Huis van notaris Kool van Heerens in 1806 beedigd, 1807 gehuwd, kocht pand in 1806 voor f 18.000,- plm. 1827, eigendommen verkocht 1841.
