SILO/PAKHUIS met WEEGBRUG, gelegen op de Waalbandijk, gebouwd in 1931, bestaande uit een eenbeukige langshal met gewapend betonnen portaalspanten met schuin geplaatste stijlen. Deze constructie draagt de gevelbekleding boven de betonnen opslagruimte, de kapconstructie en de I-profielen van de kraanbaan.
De voorgevel (aan de Waalbandijk) heeft meerdere dubbele houten deuren, twee aangebouwde kantoortjes (w.o. een weeghuisje) en een stalen roldeur. De linker zijgevel heeft een dubbele deur en twee valluiken. De rechter zijgevel heeft twee éénlaags uitbouwtjes: het transformatorhuisje en een aanbouwtje met lessenaarsdak. De achtergevel is nagenoeg blind. Het exterieur van de silo/pakhuis is deels afgewerkt met baksteen en eterniet/asbest golfplaten.
De weegbrug dateert uit 1948-1949 en het weeghuisje dateert uit 1949-1950. De brug bestaat uit een rechthoekige betonconstructie met een houten vloer en is gelegen aan de voorzijde van de silo. Het weeghuisje is naast de brug geplaatst en is tegen de silo aan gebouwd.
Waardering
SILO/PAKHUIS met WEEGBRUG van algemeen belang:

Description
SILO/WAREHOUSE with WEIGHBRIDGE, located on the Waalbandijk, built in 1931, consisting of a single-aisle lengthwise hall with reinforced concrete portal frames with obliquely placed uprights. This structure carries the facade cladding above the concrete storage space, the roof truss structure and the I-beams of the gantry.
The front facade (at the Waalbandijk) has several double wooden doors, two attached small offices (including a weighing house) and a steel roller door. The left side facade has a double door and two drop doors. The right side facade has two single-storey outbuildings: the transformer hut and an outbuilding with a catslide roof. The rear facade is almost blank. The exterior of the silo/warehouse is partly finished with brick and asbestos corrugated sheets.
The weighbridge dates from 1948-1949 and the weighing house dates from 1949-1950. The bridge consists of a rectangular concrete structure with a wooden floor and is located at the front of the silo. The weighing house is placed beside the bridge and is built against the silo.
