Inleiding.
Voormalige KEGELBAAN, tegenwoordig fietsenwerkplaats. Het pand ligt centraal op het complex aan de zuidelijke rand, ten westen van nummer 22 en ten zuidoosten van nummer 69. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Samengesteld gebouw van één bouwlaag, bestaande uit een bijna vierkant hoofdgebouw en een langgerekte rechthoekige lage hal, die aan de westelijke zijde tegen elkaar zijn aangebouwd. Het hoofdgebouw heeft onder andere gevels in schoon metselwerk, een steil schilddak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, een ingang aan de zijkant, een gemetselde schoorsteen, een goot op houten klossen. De vensters zijn nog origineel. De langgerekte rechthoekige aanbouw heeft onder andere: gevels in schoon metselwerk, een zadeldak met eindschild gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, kleine rechthoekige vensters. Opvallend is dat dit gedeelte geen goot heeft. In de westelijke eindgevel bevindt zich een recht gesloten poort met een betonnen latei waarboven een bovenlicht is aangebracht.
