Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, tegenwoordig onderkomen voor asielzoekers. Het pand is direct aan de zuidzijde van de hoofdweg gelegen en ligt naast nummer 47 en ten noorden van nummer 72.
Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Klein gebouwentype op een rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, een steil schilddak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, een centraal in de voorgevel gelegen, iets terugliggende, licht getoogde ingang met bakstenen trapje, één centraal geplaatste dakkapel met een zinken schilddakje. De vensters in de oostelijke zijgevel zijn vergroot en in de westelijke zijgevel is een ketelhok met aparte ingang geplaatst. De deur en de vensters in de achtergevel zijn nog origineel.
Waardering. Het pand is van algemeen belang.

Small building type on a rectangular ground plan with facades in fair-faced brickwork, a steep hipped roof covered with improved Dutch tiles, a centrally placed, slightly set-back, gently arched entrance in the front facade with a brick flight of steps, one centrally positioned roof dormer with a zinc hipped roof. The windows in the eastern side facade have been enlarged and in the western side facade a boiler room with separate entrance has been placed. The door and windows in the rear facade are still original.
