Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, tegenwoordig woonhuizen, gesitueerd aan de noordwestelijke kant van het complex aan de noordzijde van de weg tegenover nummer 51. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Klein gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met een hoog schilddak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, twee segmentboogvormige poorten aan de rechterzijde, aan de voorzijde bevindt zich nog de originele, brede en met pannen gedekte, dakkapel met lessenaarsdak, twee gemetselde schoorstenen. In het pand werd na de oorlog een ketelhok gebouwd. De bijgebouwde stal valt buiten de bescherming.

Het pand is van algemeen belang.

Former MILITARY BARRACKS, currently residential dwellings, situated on the northwestern side of the complex on the north side of the road opposite number 51. The building was constructed in 1941-1942 as an imitation of the German Craftsman-traditional building style.

Small building type on rectangular ground plan with a high hipped roof covered with improved Dutch tiles, two segmental arch-shaped gates on the right side, on the front is the original, broad roof dormer with lean-to roof and tile covering, two brick chimneys.
