Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu onderkomen voor asielzoekers.
Het pand is aan de westelijke rand van het complex en naast nummer 49 en ten zuiden van nummer 52 gelegen aan de zuidzijde van de weg met de lengte-as haaks daarop. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Groot gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, topgevels met vlechtingen, een zadeldak gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, een centraal in de lange gevel gelegen, iets terugliggende, licht getoogde ingang met een laag gemetseld trapje, drie dakkapellen met zinken schilddak aan de voorzijde, vier aan de achterzijde en vier gemetselde schoorstenen. De vleugeldeur en de vensters in de lange gevels zijn nog grotendeels origineel. De vensters aan de kopse kanten zijn iets vergroot. Het pand is voorzien van een brandtrap en een ketelhok met aparte ingang.

The double doors and the windows in the long facades are still largely original. The windows at the end walls are slightly enlarged. The building is provided with a fire escape and a boiler room with separate entrance.
