Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu woonhuis. Het pand is ten noorden van nummer 29 gelegen aan de noordzijde van de weg met de lange gevel parallel daaraan. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Klein gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met gevels in schoon metselwerk, een steil schilddak, gedekt met verbeterde Hollandse pannen, een gemetselde schoorsteen aan de westzijde, een centraal in de lange gevel aan de noordzijde gelegen, licht getoogde ingang met gemetseld laag trapje, dakkapel aan de zuidzijde nog in originele staat en gedekt met pannen. De vensters zijn sterk gewijzigd en in de lange gevels vergroot.
De ingangsdeur is nog origineel. Aan het gebouw is na de oorlog een ketelhuis toegevoegd met een ingang aan de westzijde.

Het pand is van algemeen belang.

Small building type on rectangular ground plan with facades in fair-faced brickwork, a steep hipped roof, covered with improved Dutch tiles, a brick chimney on the west side, a centrally located slightly arched entrance in the long facade on the north side with a laid brick low step, roof dormer on the south side still in original condition and covered with tiles. The windows have been substantially altered and enlarged in the long facades.
The entrance door is still original. After the war, a boiler house was added to the building with an entrance on the west side.
