Inleiding.
Voormalig BADHUIS, nu leegstaand. Het pand is gesitueerd naast nummer 19 en tegenover nummer 20. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Het gedeeltelijk onderkelderde pand bestaat uit een rechthoekige hoofdmassa van één bouwlaag met aan de linker achterzijde een kleine vierkante aanbouw. De hoofdmassa heeft muren van schoon metselwerk onder een met verbeterde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met wolfseinden. Op het dak bevinden zich een met zink bedekt ontluchtingstorentje en een hoge gemetselde schoorsteen. Fraai bewerkte houten deur met smeedijzeren klampen. De vensteropeningen zijn nog origineel; de ramen iets gewijzigd. De aanbouw aan de achterzijde heeft een bakstenen borstwering waarboven door middel van hierop geplaatste houten standvinken het met pannen gedekte dak bevestigd is. De ruimtes tussen deze standvinken zijn open gelaten. Intern zijn vrijwel alle elementen die nog aan de oorspronkelijke functie kunnen herinneren, weggebroken.

Het pand is van algemeen belang.

Former BATHHOUSE, now vacant. The building is situated next to number 19 and opposite number 20. The building was constructed in 1941-1942 as an imitation of the German Craft-traditional building style.

The partially cellar building consists of a rectangular main mass of one storey with a small square extension on the left rear side. The main mass has walls of fair-faced brickwork under a gabled roof covered with improved Dutch tiles with half-hipped ends. On the roof are a zinc-covered ventilation turret and a tall brick chimney. Finely worked wooden door with wrought-iron clasps. The window openings are still original; the frames slightly modified. The extension on the rear side has a brick parapet above which, by means of wooden struts placed upon it, the tile-covered roof is fastened. The spaces between these struts are left open. Internally virtually all elements that could still recall the original function have been removed.
