Inleiding.
Voormalig LEGERINGSGEBOUW, nu onderkomen voor asielzoekers. Het pand is gelegen tegenover de nummers 18 en 19 en naast nummer 21. Het pand is gebouwd in 1941-1942 als een imitatie van de Duits Ambachtelijk-traditionele bouwtrant.
Omschrijving.
Klein gebouwentype op rechthoekige grondslag met muren van schoon metselwerk, een steil schilddak, centraal in de gevel gelegen, licht getoogde ingang met een laag bakstenen trapje en een dakkapel met een zinken schilddakje. Deur en vensters zijn nog origineel. In het pand is een ketelhok geplaatst.
