Inleiding
Het BAKHUIS is gelegen ten oosten van de schuur behorende bij de boerderij "'t Mieneke". Het gebouwtje, dat een Traditioneel-Ambachtelijke vormentaal vertoont, werd opgetrokken in 1933, naar ontwerp van architect C. Knuttel.
Omschrijving
Het bakhuis heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond en telt één bouwlaag onder een zadeldak, gedekt met rode oud-Hollandse pannen. Hierop aan de oostzijde een bakstenen schoorsteen. Aan de achterzijde van het bakhuis een lagere, smallere uitbouw voor de oven.
De toegang, oorspronkelijk bestaande uit een opgeklampte deur (verwijderd), bevindt zich aan de korte westzijde. Hierboven een klein luik. In de lange noordelijke en zuidelijke gevels een zesruits raam met ijzeren kozijn en afzaat.
Waardering
Het bakhuis is van algemeen belang. Het object bezit cultuurhistorische waarde als bijzondere uitdrukking van een typologische ontwikkeling.
