Inleiding
De BOERDERIJ "'t Mieneke" is gelegen op het landgoed Bleijendijk, ten zuidoosten van de kern van Vught. W. van Beuningen, die in Vught diverse projecten ter verbetering van de welvaart van de Vughtse bevolking realiseerde, kocht in 1928 het landgoed Bleijendijk en bouwde er nieuwe pachtboerderijen, waaronder deze. De boerderij, die Traditionalistische stijlelementen vertoont, is ontworpen door de architect C. Knuttel. Het object is in gebruik als boerderij. Het woonhuis is opgedeeld in twee woningen, waarbij de opkamer aan de voorzijde van een keukentje is voorzien en het aantal slaapkamers is vergroot.
Omschrijving
De boerderij heeft een globaal L-vormige plattegrond en telt één bouwlaag onder een met riet gedekt samengesteld wolfdak met vorstpannen en uleborden. Aan de achterzijde van de stal heeft het dak een overstek. Boven het woonhuis een bakstenen schoorsteen en aan beide zijden van het dak twee dakkapellen. Het woonhuis bevindt zich aan de westzijde. Hierachter een hogere driebeukige langsdeelschuur. Dwars op het woonhuis staat een laag bouwdeel, waarin varkensstallen zijn ondergebracht. De muren zijn opgetrokken in baksteen. De ingang van het woonhuis bevindt zich in de noordgevel en bestaat uit een houten paneeldeur, waarboven een bovenlicht met kleine diagonale roedenverdeling. Links hiervan, ter hoogte van de opkamer een stolpvenster: hieronder een laag keldervenster. Links hiervan een hoge, brede schuurdeur. De schuur heeft in de noordgevel een zestal kleine vensters met afzaat. In het schuurdak, ter hoogte van de hooizolder twee kleine boogvormige vensters. De woonkamers aan de westzijde van het woonhuis zijn voorzien van vensters met kruisramen met houten luiken. De westgevel heeft op de bovenverdieping nog twee stolpramen. Hieronder een gevelsteen met de afbeelding van een lam (= Mieneke). In de zuidgevel van het woonhuis een gekoppeld keukenvenster met stolpramen en luiken.
In de westelijke zijde ligt de ingang naar de keuken onder het laag overstekende dak van de stalvleugel. Deze heeft aan beide zijden kleine lage stalvensters met afzaat. Op de kopzijde van deze stal een tweedelige staldeur (apart openslaand bovendeel), aan de oostzijde vier lage varkenspoortjes.
De schuur heeft aan de zuidzijde een zestal lage zesruits vensters met ijzeren kozijnen en afzaat, hiertussen vier kleine houten schuurdeuren. De deeldeur bevindt zich in de korte oostzijde van de schuur. Aan de linkerzijde hiervan een luik, dat als hooiluik dienst gedaan kan hebben, en een klein vierruits venster.
In het tuintje aan de westzijde van de boerderij bevindt zich een ronde put met bakstenen muurtje en een houten putgalg, daterend uit de bouwtijd van de boerderij.
In het interieur zijn onder meer van belang de woonkamer, waarin een schouw met schildpadtegels en een houten kroonlijst, waarop de tekst "Wie Godt vertrouwt, heeft goed gebouwt" en het jaartal 1933 zijn aangebracht. Aan weerszijde hiervan opgeklampte houten deuren, die toegang geven tot de hal en de keuken. Verder een bedstee en beeldnis en een houten plafond met moer- en kinderbalken en sleutelstukken. In de schuur een eikenhouten gebint.
Waardering
De boerderij "t Mieneke" is van algemeen belang. Het complex bezit cultuurhistorische waarde als bijzondere uitdrukking van een sociaal-economische en typologische ontwikkeling. Het is een voorbeeld voor een in die tijd modern boerderijcomplex. De object heeft architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van een zeer verzorgd gedetailleerde boerderij in traditionalistische stijl. The FARMHOUSE "'t Mieneke" is located on the estate Bleijendijk, to the southeast of the centre of Vught. W. van Beuningen, who realised various projects in Vught to improve the welfare of the Vught population, purchased the Bleijendijk estate in 1928 and built new tenant farmhouses there, including this one. The farmhouse, which displays Traditionalist style elements, was designed by architect C. Knuttel. The object is in use as a farmhouse. Description
The farmhouse has an approximately L-shaped plan and comprises one storey beneath a composite half-hipped roof thatched with reed and covered with frost tiles and roof eave boards. At the rear of the barn the roof has an overhang. Above the dwelling a brick chimney and on both sides of the roof two roof dormers. The dwelling is located on the west side. Behind this a higher three-aisle longitudinal grange. Transversely to the dwelling stands a low building section, in which pig sties are housed. The walls are built in brick. The entrance to the dwelling is in the north gable and consists of a wooden panel door, above which a fanlight with small diagonal glazing bars. To the left of this, at the level of the parlour a gable window: below this a low cellar window. To the left of this a high, wide barn door. The grange has in the north gable half a dozen small windows with sill-boards. In the barn roof, at the level of the hayloft two small arched windows. The living rooms on the west side of the dwelling are provided with windows with cross windows with wooden shutters. The west gable has on the upper floor two further gable windows. Below this a gable stone with the image of a lamb (= Mieneke). In the south gable of the dwelling a paired kitchen window with gable windows and shutters.
On the western side lies the entrance to the kitchen under the low projecting roof of the barn wing. This has on both sides small low barn windows with sill-boards. On the gable end of this barn a two-part barn door (separately opening upper part), on the east side four low pig doors.
The grange has on the south side half a dozen low six-light windows with iron frames and sill-boards, between these four small wooden barn doors. The divided door is located in the short east side of the grange. To the left of this a shutter, which may have served as a hay door, and a small four-light window.
In the small garden on the west side of the farmhouse is a round well with brick wall and a wooden well gallows, dating from the time of construction of the farmhouse.
In the interior, among other things, the living room is important, in which is a chimney-piece with tortoiseshell tiles and a wooden cornice, on which the text "Whoever trusts in God, has built well" and the date 1933 are placed. On either side of this are clamped wooden doors, which provide access to the hall and the kitchen. Further a bedstee and image and a wooden ceiling with principal and secondary beams and keystones.
