Inleiding.
Het KOETSHUIS uit 1895 is gebouwd in Ambachtelijk-Traditionele stijl. Het is ten zuiden van het landhuis gelegen. Het diende om de koetsen en paarden onder te brengen en doet nu dienst als weekendonderkomen.
Omschrijving.
Het koetshuis is gebouwd op rechthoekige plattegrond en is opgetrokken uit handgevormde baksteen, afkomstig van de boerderij die voorheen op de plaats van het landhuis stond. In de noordelijke topgevel bevindt zich de dichtgemetselde voormalige toegangspoort. In de oostgevel is een rechtgesloten deuropening onder houten dorpel geplaats. De deur wordt geflankeerd door rechtgesloten vensters met openslaande klapramen met roedenverdeling. In de zuidgevel is een tweetal deuren aangebracht. In de westgevel is een boogvenster met ijzeren radiaalraam geplaatst. Onder de dakrand zijn muurankers bevestigd. Het zadeldak is belegd met vernieuwde Hollandse pannen. Uit het westelijke schild steekt de gemetselde schoorsteen.
Waardering.
Het koetshuis is van algemeen belang. Het heeft cultuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van het type eenvoudig negentiende-eeuws koetshuis. Het heeft architectuurhistorische waarde als voorbeeld van Ambachtelijk-Traditionele bouwstijl. Het heeft ensemblewaarde vanwege de samenhang met de andere complexonderdelen. The CARRIAGE HOUSE from 1895 is built in Craft-Traditional style. It is situated south of the country house. It served to house the carriages and horses and now serves as a weekend residence.

The carriage house is built on a rectangular ground plan and is constructed of hand-formed brickwork, originating from the farm which formerly stood on the site of the country house. In the northern gable the bricked-up former entrance gate is located. In the east gable is a straight-headed doorway placed under a wooden lintel. The door is flanked by straight-headed windows with opening casements with glazing bars. In the south gable two doors are placed. In the west gable is a segmental window with an iron radial frame placed. Under the roof edge wall anchors are attached. The gabled roof is laid with renewed Dutch tiles. The mortared chimney projects from the western gable.
Valuation.
The carriage house is of general importance. It has cultural-historical value as an example of the type of simple nineteenth-century carriage house.
