TUINMANSWONING, gebouwd in 1907 door architect G. Geenen. Het geheel dat in opdracht van de notaris Fens tot stand kwam heeft kenmerken van de Chaletstijl en enkele elementen van Art Nouveau.

Eenlaags tuinmanswoning op een rechthoekige plattegrond onder wolfdak. Tegen de rechterzijgevel is een uitbouw geplaatst. Het dak is gedekt met kruispannen en heeft een overstek en windveer, bekroond door een klaver drie. Het pand is uitgevoerd in baksteen met speklagen in witte strengperssteen. De voorgevel is drie traveeen breed, rechts van de paneeldeur bevinden zich vierruitsramen waarvan de bovenlichten van een roedenverdeling, gevuld met kathedraalglas zijn voorzien. In het interieur is de oorspronkelijke indeling op de begane grond gehandhaafd. Ook zijn hier nog paneeldeuren aanwezig.
