Omschrijving onderdeel 5. Dienstwoning (Hammelerweg 9; op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 5).
In oorsprong 19de-eeuws gebouw, wit gepleisterd, op rechthoekige plattegrond onder zadeldak met gesmoorde pannen belegd. In de lange gevel aan zuidzijde toegangsdeur met bovenlicht. Vensters met zesruitsverdeling. Deed dienst als tuinmanswoning.

Originally a 19th-century building, whitewashed, on a rectangular plan under a gabled roof covered with muted tiles. In the long facade on the south side is an entrance door with fanlight. Windows with six-pane glazing. Served as the gardener's dwelling.
