Omschrijving onderdeel 3. Koetshuis annex oranjerie. (bij Hammelerweg 10; op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 3).
Nabij het hoofdgebouw staat een op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen KOETSHUIS uit omstreeks 1860 met aan de oostzijde een aanbouw van een kleine ORANJERIE. Het koetshuis bestaat uit één bouwlaag met kap onder een met gesmoorde pannen gedekt schilddak. In de voorgevel (zuid) is een excentrisch geplaatste, dubbele inrijdeur met rechts daarvan een toegangsdeur met bovenlicht. In het inwendige een met klinkers bestrate vloer: de oorspronkelijke paardenstal. De ruiven, tuigenkast en paardenbox zijn na restauratie verplaatst. De aangebouwde oranjerie heeft aan de kopse zijde twee openslaande deuren onder een gebogen strekkenlaag; in de achtergevel een deur en drie vensterlichten. Naast de oranjerie een (deels gereconstrueerd) stookhuisje.

Het KOETSHUIS ANNEX ORANJERIE behorend tot de historische buitenplaats Huis Den Bosch is van algemeen belang:

Description component 3. Coach house adjoining orangery. (at Hammelerweg 10; indicated on the accompanying map with no. 3).
Near the main building stands a COACH HOUSE constructed on a rectangular foundation in brick dating from around 1860 with on the east side an extension of a small ORANGERY. The coach house consists of one storey with roof structure under a hipped roof covered with half-round tiles. In the front facade (south) is an eccentrically placed double carriage door with to its right an entrance door with fanlight. In the interior a floor laid with clinker bricks: the original horse stable. The hay lofts, tack room and horse box have been relocated after restoration. The adjoining orangery has two glazed doors on the gable side under a curved relieving brick course; in the rear facade a door and three window lights. Next to the orangery a (partially reconstructed) heating room.
