Omschrijving onderdeel 4. Koetsierswoning met schuur. (Hammelerweg 7; op de bijbehorende kaart aangegeven met nr. 4).
Tegen de bestaande 18de-eeuwse schuur werd omstreeks 1900 een nieuwe woning gebouwd, later in gebruik voor de koetsier. De op rechthoekige grondslag opgetrokken bakstenen SCHUUR wordt overkapt door een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt wolfsdak. De regelmatig ingedeelde achtergevel (zuidwest) heeft een dubbele getoogde inrijdeur met sluitsteen in de boog, geflankeerd door een rondboog stalvenster met roedeverdeling en een getoogde staldeur. Eenzelfde indeling was aan de zijde waar nu de woning tegenaan staat. Tegen de achtergevel van de schuur staat een pomp in een pomphuis. In het inwendige ankerbalkgebinten. Paardenstal voor werkpaard in laatste travee. Kleine groep en aardappelkelder. Mestdeurtjes in de zijgevel. De bakstenen WONING met gepleisterde plint, hoeklisenen en cordonlijst is gebouwd op haakvormige grondslag en bestaat uit één hoge bouwlaag en een kapverdieping onder een met gesmoorde Hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak met windveren en makelaar; gemetselde schoorsteen; bakgoten op klossen, topgevels versierd met gepleisterde zaagranden. Gevels ingedeeld met zesruits schuifvensters onder segmentvormige bogen met gepleisterde aanzet- en sluitstenen; de topvensters onder een rondboog met siermetselwerk in de boogtrommel. De voorgevel (noord) heeft links een vooruitspringend deel met topgevel waarin één vensteras met op de begane grond een zesruits schuifvenster en een vernieuwd topvenster; rechts daarvan de toegangsdeur met bovenlicht en een schuifvenster. De zijgevel (west) heeft drie kleine vensters en een topvenster.

Around 1900, a new dwelling was built against the existing 18th-century barn, later used for the coachman. The brick BARN, erected on a rectangular plan, is covered by a half-hipped roof tiled with muted Dutch tiles. The regularly arranged rear facade (south-west) has a double arched carriage door with voussoir in the arch, flanked by a round-arched stable window with glazing bars and an arched stable door. A similar arrangement existed on the side where the dwelling now stands. Against the rear facade of the barn stands a pump in a pump house. Inside, tie-beam roof trusses. Horse stable for a work horse in the last bay. Small storage room and potato cellar. Manure doors in the side facade. The brick DWELLING with rendered plint, corner pilasters and string course is built on an L-shaped plan and consists of one high storey and a roof storey under a gabled roof tiled with muted Dutch tiles with wind vanes and jacks; brick chimney; gutters on corbels, gable tops decorated with rendered saw-tooth patterns. Facades arranged with six-pane sash windows under segmental arches with rendered setting and voussoir stones; the gable windows under a round arch with decorative brickwork in the arch. The front facade (north) has on the left a protruding section with a gable top containing one window row with a six-pane sash window on the ground floor and a renewed gable window; to the right of it the entrance door with fanlight and a sash window. The side facade (west) has three small windows and a gable window.
