POORTGEBOUW, deel uitmakend van het complex distilleerderij-handelsentrepot "De Nederlanden", gebouwd in 1851 in Eclectische trant.
Omschrijving
Het poortgebouw is centraal gesitueerd in de gevelwand met woningen Lange Nieuwstraat 103 en 115. Het risaliserende poortgebouw heeft een rechthoekige plattegrond, twee bouwlagen en een kapverdieping onder een met pannen gedekt zadeldak met nok evenwijdig aan de straat.
Op de begane grond is in een houten lijst met hoofdgestel de houten toegangspoort met paneeldeuren geplaatst. Eenvoudige pilasters dragen een Dorische lijst waarvan het fries is ingedeeld met metopen.
De verdiepingsgevel bevat centraal een groot rechthoekig venster omlijst met blokwerkvormig siermetselwerk.

Description
The gate building is centrally situated in the facade wall with dwellings Lange Nieuwstraat 103 and 115. The projecting gate building has a rectangular ground plan, two storeys and an attic storey beneath a mansard roof covered with tiles with ridge parallel to the street.
On the ground floor a wooden access gate with panelled doors is set within a wooden frame with main cornice. Simple pilasters support a Doric entablature of which the frieze is subdivided with metopes.
The storey facade contains centrally a large rectangular window framed with block-like decorative brickwork.
