Inleiding
Het vanuit een rechthoekige plattegrond, in een Ambachtelijk-traditionele stijl opgetrokken VARKENSHOK, dat deel uitmaakt van het complex Oudendijk 36, is waarschijnlijk gebouwd aan het begin van de twintigste eeuw.
Omschrijving
Het gevels van het rechthoekige varkenshok zijn opgetrokken in rode baksteen boven een eveneens gemetselde, aangesmeerde plint. Het hok heeft een plat dak. Aan de voorzijde heeft het hok twee deuren met een wit geschilderde omlijsting en een eenvoudig drieruitsvenster in het midden.

Het varkenshok is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuurhistorische en de ensemblewaarde.
