Inleiding
Traditioneel-Ambachtelijk vormgegeven BRUG uit het midden van de 19de eeuw, ligt over één van de vaarsloten die de Raaphorstlaan doorkruist.
Omschrijving
Vaste, uit ijsselsteen opgetrokken, vlakke brugverbinding met rechte overkluizing en vernieuwd brugdek. Landhoofden zijn deels afgedekt met natuurstenen dekplaten. Vrij sober vormgegeven brugleuning bestaat uit gietijzeren balusters.
Waardering
De midden 19de-eeuwse BRUG is van algemeen belang vanwege de architectuur-, cultuurhistorische waarde als ruimtelijk en functioneel onderdeel van de historische buitenplaats Raaphorst. De brug is redelijk gaaf in hoofdvorm, materiaalgebruik en detaillering.

Description
Fixed bridge connection built from ijsselsteen, flat with straight arch and renewed bridge deck. Abutments are partly covered with natural stone coping plates. Plainly designed bridge rail consists of cast-iron balusters.
Valuation
The mid-19th century BRIDGE is of general importance because of its architectural and cultural-historical value as a spatial and functional component of the historic country estate Raaphorst. The bridge is reasonably well-preserved in main form, material use and detailing.
