Omschrijving
Aan de achterzijde van de villa een vrijstaand voormalig KOETSHUIS. Het koetshuis bezit een rechthoekige plattegrond telt een bouwlaag en wordtafgedekt met en zadeldak met mulden pannen.
In de kopgevel aan de westzijde is in de eerste bouwlaag een poort vervangen door een vensterkozijn van omstreeks 1990. Aan weerszijden van dit venster een klein smal venster met hardstenen dorpelsteen en latei. In de topgevel een rondboogvormig houten luik met bakstenen middenstijl. De topgevel wordt bekroond met ronde sluitsteen met hierin een bloemmotief. Voorgevel met asymmetrische indeling. In het midden een rondboogvormige deur van omstreeks 1990 met aan de bovenzijde een sluitsteen in de vorm van een paardenhoofd. Aan de bovenzijde van deur een rechthoekig houten hooizolderluik met in het rondboogvormige vulstuk een hijsbalk. Hooizolderluik in een topgevelachtige dakkapel. In het geveldeel links van de deur drie segmentboogvormige vensters met hardstenen dorpelstenen.
Aan de benedenzijde van de vensters een horizontale band groen geglazuurde baksteen.
In het geveldeel rechts van de deur twee segmentboogvormige vensterkozijnen op de plaats van de vroegere staldeuren.
Daarnaast twee smalle venstertjes en een segmentboogvormig venster. In de kopgevel aan de oostzijde twee rechthoekige houten vensters met een segmentboogvormig bovenlicht.
Aan de straatzijde een erfafscheiding bestaande uit bakstenen kolommen met een grijze cementering met hiertussen smeedijzeren hekken op een laag muurtje.
Waardering
Het koetshuis behorend bij Villa Marie-Louise bezit algemeen belang op basis van:
- de ouderdom; - de gaaf behouden hoofdvorm; - de kenmerkende historische detaillering zoals bijvoorbeeld hijsbalk, hooizolderluik en sluitsteen met paardenhoofd.

At the rear of the villa a detached former COACH HOUSE. The coach house has a rectangular ground plan, comprises one storey and is covered with a gabled roof with moulded tiles.
In the end façade on the west side, in the first storey, a gate has been replaced by a window frame of approximately 1990. On either side of this window a small narrow window with sandstone sill and lintel. In the gable an arched wooden shutter with brick central post. The gable is crowned with a round keystone with floral motif therein. Front façade with asymmetrical layout. In the middle an arched door of approximately 1990 with at the top a keystone in the form of a horse's head. At the top of the door a rectangular wooden hayloft shutter with in the arched infill a hoisting beam. Hayloft shutter in a gable-like roof dormer. In the façade section to the left of the door three segmental arch windows with sandstone sills.
At the bottom of the windows a horizontal band of green glazed brick.
In the façade section to the right of the door two segmental arch window frames in the place of the former stable doors.
Next to it two narrow small windows and a segmental arch window. In the end façade on the east side two rectangular wooden windows with a segmental arch fanlight.
On the street side a boundary fence consisting of brick columns with grey cement pointing with between them wrought-iron gates on a low wall.
Valuation
The coach house belonging to Villa Marie-Louise has general significance on the basis of:
- the age; - the well-preserved main form; - the characteristic historical detailing such as for example the hoisting beam, hayloft shutter and keystone with horse's head.
