Omschrijving
BOERDERIJ behorende tot de buitenplaats de BALJUWHUIS. Langs de oostelijke grens van de buitenplaats ligt een kleine rood bakstenen boerderij op rechthoekige grondslag, bestaande uit één bouwlaag en een zolder onder een geknikt zadeldak met afgewolfde uiteinden, gedekt met rode (zuid) en gesmoorde (noord) Hollandse pannen. De boerderij is zuidwaarts verlengd, alwaar één bouwlaag onder een lessenaarsdak. Aan de westzijde een puntgevel met aanbouw, waarin meerruits-schuifvensters, een toegangsdeur met bovenlicht en een dubbele inrijdeur. In de top een dubbel openslaand venster (XX). In de zijgevels diverse deuren en vensters, waaronder schuifvensters als aan de noordzijde en tweelichten met meerruitsvenster. In de oostelijke eindgevel onder meer een staldeur, meerruitsvenster en hooiluik. De boerderij dateert vermoedelijk uit de 18de eeuw.

Description
FARM belonging to the country house BALJUWHUIS. Along the eastern boundary of the country house lies a small red brick farm on a rectangular plan, consisting of one storey and an attic under a broken gabled roof with half-hipped ends, covered with red (south) and dampened (north) Dutch tiles. The farm extends southwards, where one storey under a lean-to roof. On the west side a pointed gable with an extension, containing multi-paned sash windows, an access door with fanlight and a double carriage door. In the top a double casement window (XX). In the side facades various doors and windows, including sash windows as on the north side and two-light windows with multi-paned windows. In the eastern end facade, amongst others, a stable door, multi-paned window and hayloft. The farm probably dates from the 18th century.
