In de Bellamystraat (nr.1) staat de DUBBELE DIENSTWONING met langgerekte HOUTOPSLAG (2) aan de achterzijde, gebouwd in 1901-1903 (uitgebreid in 1930), onderdeel van het westelijk tramremise complex. Het pand is op rechthoekig grondplan vrijstaand gesitueerd aan het remiseterrein. Het bakstenen gebouw bestaat uit een hoge begane grond met twee verdiepingen en op de hoek met de Bellamystraat een extra laag, doorlopend in de kapverdieping. De begane grond heeft hoge ramen met rechte hardstenen bovendorpels; de verdiepingen hebben getoogde ramen met terugliggend zwaar uitgevoerde kozijnen met een twee- en driedeling. Het schilddak is met zwarte kruispannen gedekt. De bakstenen houtopslag heeft een plat dak en twee kleine lichtkappen. Deze rechthoekige aanbouw is één bouwlaag hoog en iets smaller dan het huis. Het interieur van het pand is tamelijk gaaf bewaard gebleven. Het pand heeft zijn oorspronkelijke indeling behouden en bezit waardevolle interieur-elementen, zoals stucplafonds met Jugendstil-motieven, geprofileerde eindbalusters van trappen, geprofileerde gestucte wandvelden, schuifdeuren, alsmede uit de bouwtijd daterend hang- en sluitwerk.

In the Bellamystraat (no.1) stands the DOUBLE SERVICE DWELLING with elongated TIMBER STORAGE (2) at the rear, built in 1901-1903 (extended in 1930), part of the western tramway depot complex. The property is situated freely on a rectangular ground plan at the depot premises. The brick building consists of a high ground floor with two storeys and on the corner with the Bellamystraat an extra storey, continuing into the roof storey. The ground floor has high windows with straight ashlar lintels; the storeys have arched windows with recessed heavy frames with a two- and three-part division. The hipped roof is covered with black cross tiles. The brick timber storage has a flat roof and two small roof lights. This rectangular extension is one storey high and slightly narrower than the house. The interior of the property has remained fairly intact. The property has retained its original layout and possesses valuable interior elements, such as stucco ceilings with Jugendstil motifs, profiled end banisters of stairs, profiled stuccoed wall panels, sliding doors, as well as fittings and hardware dating from the period of construction.
