Inleiding complexonderdeel 2
Het bij het landhuis De Boeckhorst behorende TOEGANGSHEK uit 1913-1916 bevindt zich aan de Schouwweg. De hekpijlers zijn voorzien van terracotta ornamenten als het huis, het smeedijzeren hek is ontworpen in Art Deco.
Omschrijving
Het toegangshek wordt geflankeerd door in maaswerk gemetselde muren. De gemetselde hekpijlers zijn rijk gedecoreerd met terracotta stenen, voorzien van Oosters aandoende ornamentiek. Op de linkerpijler staat in ceramiek 'Boeckhorst' aangegeven, op de rechter 'Clinge'. Het in sierlijk smeedijzer uitgevoerde inrijhek bestaat uit twee draaivleugels.
