De bij de historische buitenplaats Maarheeze behorende GARAGE annex DIENSTWONING is gebouwd in 1914 naar tekeningen van de Haagse architect J.J.(Co) Brandes.
Omschrijving
Pand op T-vormige plattegrond van een bouwlaag onder een samengesteld geknikt schild-zadeldak met leien in Maasdekking. De dakschilden zijn evenals bij het landhuis aan de onderzijde concaaf gebogen en steken over. De symmetrische voorgevel (west) van de korte poot van de T heeft een breed middenrisaliet onder gebroken schilddak. In het risaliet een grote garagdeur tussen twee zijlichten en in het dakschild een grote houten dakkapel onder steekkap. Aan weerszijden van het risaliet drieruits vensters hoog in de gevel. Het risalerende rechter deel van de linker zijgevel (noord) bevat twee houten paneeldeuren, waarvan de rechter de entree tot de bovenwoning vormt. Links in gevel een tweede garagdeur en houten paneeldeur van de werkkast. Op het dak drie decoratief gemetselde schoorstenen.

The GARAGE annex SERVICE DWELLING belonging to the historical country estate Maarheeze was built in 1914 to drawings by The Hague architect J.J.(Co) Brandes.
Description
Building on a T-shaped floor plan of one storey under a composite bent hipped-gabled roof with slate in Dutch bond. The roof slates are, as with the country house, concavely curved at the underside and overhang. The symmetrical front facade (west) of the short arm of the T has a broad central risalit under a broken hipped roof. In the risalit a large garage door between two side lights and in the roof panel a large wooden roof dormer under a saddle gable. On either side of the risalit three-pane windows high in the facade. The projecting right part of the left side facade (north) contains two wooden panelled doors, of which the right one forms the entrance to the upper dwelling. On the left in the facade a second garage door and wooden panelled door of the workroom. On the roof three decoratively laid-out chimneys.
