PORTIERSWONING in een sobere Engelse Landhuisstijl, behorend bij het landhuis De Vrije Blick, gebouwd in 1917 naar ontwerp van de architect W.A. Lensvelt.
Omschrijving
Portierswoning van één bouwlaag onder afgewolfd zadeldak en steekkap met rode leipannen. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in grauwe baksteen. Enkele en samengestelde vensterpartijen met kleine roedenverdeling. De bovenste helft van de voorgevel (zuidwest) is bekleed met rode leipannen, inclusief het uitzwenkende dakje boven de driezijdige erkerpartij op de begane grond. Aan de rechter zijgevel (zuidoost) een hoog opgaand risaliet onder steekkap met entree tussen twee keldervensters.
Waardering

PORTER'S LODGE in a restrained English Country House Style, belonging to the country house De Vrije Blick, built in 1917 according to the design of the architect W.A. Lensvelt.
Description
Porter's lodge of one storey under a barrel-vaulted gabled roof and pitched roof with red slate tiles. The facades are constructed in grey brick. Single and combined window arrangements with small glazing bars. The upper half of the front facade (southwest) is clad with red slate tiles, including the projecting roof above the three-sided bay window section on the ground floor. On the right side facade (southeast) a tall risalit under pitched roof with entrance between two cellar windows.
Valuation
The porter's lodge dating from 1917 is of general importance because of its architectural historical and urban planning value because of the historically functional, stylistic and spatial coherence with the other complex components of De Vrije Blick. The building is intact in main form, material use and detailing.
