De (voormalige) KOETSIERSWONING behorend bij de historische buitenplaats Voorlinden, is gebouwd in 1912 in Engelse Cottagestijl.
Omschrijving
Voormalige koetsierswoning van één bouwlaag op samengestelde plattegrond onder samengesteld schilddak met rode daktegels. De gevels zijn opgetrokken in rode baksteen en deels aangesmeerd met ruw pleisterwerk. Vensters met kleine roedenverdeling. Voorgevel (oost) met hoog opgaand middenrisaliet onder steekkap, aan de achterzijde twee plat afgedekte aanbouwen. In de risaliet een dubbele deur. De uitbouw aan de zuidgevel onder doorgetrokken dakschild bevat een tweede entreepartij.
Waardering
Uit 1912 daterende (voormalige) koetsierswoning van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur-, architectuurhistorische en ensemblewaarde als historisch functioneel en ruimtelijke onderdeel van de buitenplaats Voorlinden en vanwege de Engelse Cottagestijl.
Het pand is nagenoeg gaaf in hoofdvorm, materiaalgebruik en detaillering.

The (former) COACHMAN'S DWELLING belonging to the historical country estate Voorlinden, was built in 1912 in English Cottage style.
Description
Former coachman's dwelling of one storey on composite ground plan under composite hipped roof with red roof tiles. The façades are constructed in red brick and partly finished with rough render. Windows with small glazing bars. Front façade (east) with high projecting central risalit under steeplehead roof, on the rear two flat-topped annexes. In the risalit a double door. The extension on the south façade under continuous roof slope contains a second entrance area.
Valuation
Former coachman's dwelling dating from 1912 of general importance because of cultural, architectural-historical and ensemble value as a historical functional and spatial component of the country estate Voorlinden and because of the English Cottage style.
The building is virtually intact in main form, material use and detailing.
