Aan de zuidkant van het tentoonstellingsgebouw 'Flora' ligt een rechthoekig PARK met ROSARIUM en KOEPEL. Het park-rosarium werd oorspronkelijk in 1932-1933 aangelegd naar ontwerp van S.G.A. Doorenbos destijds directeur van de Dienst Gemeenteplantsoenen te Den Haag. De invulling van de aanleg bestaat uit in Boskoop gekweekt plantenmateriaal. Het padenverloop is rechthoekig met afgeschuinde hoeken; vanaf de Parklaan zijn twee toegangen. Aan de kopse zijde (zuid) staat een pergola, ook de toegangen worden door een pergola geaccentueerd. Vanuit het restaurant van het tentoonstellingsgebouw, die op de as van de aanleg is gesitueerd, wordt een fraai zicht over de aanleg verkregen. De tuin is als een typische showtuin opgezet met rechthoekige rozenbedden op regelmatige afstand van elkaar in een gazon. Op deze wijze groeien alle rozen onder nagenoeg dezelfde omstandigheden en is een goede onderlinge vergelijking mogelijk. De aanleg wordt verfraaid door rozenbogen, een zonnewijzer en een koepel. Het open koepeltje uit ca.1936 bestaat uit vier zuilen waarop een bolvormig met zink bekleed dak. Langs een van de buitenranden van het rosarium is een lange vaste plantenborder gerealiseerd. In 1997 is het rosarium geheel gerenoveerd (door G.J. Nottelman) en opnieuw ingeplant met ruim 120 verschillende rozensoorten.
Waardering
Het rosarium is van algemeen belang - vanwege de vormgeving (in sobere Nieuw Architectonische stijl) waarbij het gebruik als expositietuin voorop stond;
- vanwege de cultuur- en tuinhistorische waarde en als afspiegeling van een aspect van de horticultuur in Boskoop;
- vanwege de functioneel-ruimtelijke waarde in relatie met het gebouw Flora.

On the south side of the exhibition building 'Flora' is a rectangular PARK with ROSARIUM and PAVILION. The park-rosarium was originally laid out in 1932-1933 according to a design by S.G.A. Doorenbos, at that time director of the Municipal Parks Department in The Hague. The planting consists of plant material cultivated in Boskoop. The path layout is rectangular with bevelled corners; from Parklaan there are two entrances. At the end side (south) stands a pergola, and the entrances are also accentuated by a pergola. From the restaurant of the exhibition building, which is situated on the axis of the layout, a fine view over the gardens is obtained. The garden is set up as a typical show garden with rectangular rose beds at regular intervals in lawn. In this way all roses grow under nearly the same conditions and good mutual comparison is possible. The layout is embellished by rose arches, a sundial and a pavilion. The open pavilion from ca.1936 consists of four columns on which rests a spherical zinc-clad roof. Along one of the outer edges of the rosarium a long permanent planting border has been realized.
