Inleiding
DIENSTWONING, deel uitmakend van het complex "Landhuis Oud-Bussem", waarschijnlijk daterend uit de 19de eeuw en omstreeks 1930 met de bouw van het nieuwe landhuis in Nieuw-Historiserende stijl aangepast.
De dienstwoning staat ten noordwesten van het landhuis en is daarmee via een tuinmuur verbonden.
Omschrijving
Dienstwoning van één bouwlaag op een rechthoekige plattegrond met gepleisterde gevels onder een steil schilddak met op de nok een gepleisterde schoorsteen. De ingang bevindt zich rechts in de oostgevel en bestaat uit een eenvoudige houten deur onder bovenlicht met roedenverdeling. Links van de deur een breed schuifvenster met kleine roedenverdeling. De noordgevel bevat links een klein negenruits venster en de westgevel links een zesruits schuifraam en twee kleine vierruits vensters. Iets onder de gootlijst een omgaande horizontale rand van uitspringend schoon metselwerk en daaronder de gevelankers van de zoldervloer. In de dakschilden drie getoogde dakkapellen.

De dienstwoning bij het landhuis Oud-Bussem is van algemeen belang vanwege de cultuur- en architectuurhistorische waarde als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex "Landhuis Oud-Bussem" en vanwege de stilistische samenhang met het landhuis.

SERVANTS' HOUSE, part of the complex "Landhuis Oud-Bussem", probably dating from the 19th century and around 1930 adapted with the construction of the new country house in Neo-Historical style.
The servants' house stands to the northwest of the country house and is connected to it via a garden wall.
Description
Servants' house of one storey on a rectangular floor plan with rendered facades under a steep hipped roof with a rendered chimney on the ridge. The entrance is located on the right in the east facade and consists of a simple wooden door under a fanlight with glazing bars. To the left of the door a wide sash window with small glazing bars. The north facade contains on the left a small nine-pane window and the west facade on the left a six-pane sash window and two small four-pane windows. Slightly below the gutter line a continuous horizontal band of projecting decorative brickwork and below it the wall anchors of the attic floor. In the roof slopes three arched dormer windows.
Valuation
The servants' house at country house Oud-Bussem is of general importance because of its cultural and architectural historical value as a historically-functional component of the complex "Landhuis Oud-Bussem" and because of its stylistic coherence with the country house.
