Inleiding
Op een ruim erf aan de zuidoostzijde van de Flevolaan gelegen BOERDERIJ uit het begin van de 18de eeuw, deel uitmakend van het complex "Melkerij Hofstede Oud-Bussem". Deze hallenhuisboerderij van het Gooise type verving een vermoedelijk 16de-eeuwse voorganger die bij het beleg van Naarden in 1672 door de Fransen was verwoest. De boerderij werd als onderdeel van het landgoed Oud-Bussem in 1902 gekocht door Joannes van Woensel Kooy voor de stichting van een modelboerderij. In het stalgedeelte van de oude boerderij werd het jongvee van de melkerij ondergebracht en in het woongedeelte kwamen twee dienstwoningen. Van het in 1974 afgebrande stalgedeelte is het voorste gedeelte herbouwd. De boerderij is sinds dat jaar in gebruik als woning.
N.B. De verbouwde dwarsvleugel (XIX) tegen de linkerzijgevel is voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang.
Omschrijving
Op rechthoekig grondplan gebouwde driebeukige hallenhuisboerderij onder een rietgedekt zadeldak waarin een glooiende overgang van het woongedeelte naar het lagere stalgedeelte. Ter hoogte van de verdiepingsvloer zijn de voor- en zijgevels voorzien van schootankers.
De symmetrische voorgevel (W) is gepleisterd en telt op de begane grond drie grote getoogde twaalfruits schuifvensters met luiken. Linksonder bevindt zich een kelderkoekoek met opgeklampt luik. De driehoekige puntgevel heeft in het midden een schuifvenster met kleine (18de-eeuwse) roedenverdeling (36-ruits) en is hierboven en langs de randen voorzien van schootankers. De zijgevels zijn opgetrokken in rode handvormsteen in kruisverband. In de rechterzijgevel (Z) bevindt zich van links naar rechts een getoogd twaalfruits schuifvenster met luiken, een deur met zestienruits bovenlicht en de gewijzigde dubbele staldeur van de deel, afgehangen aan drie paar originele handgesmede duimgehengen en voorzien van een 26-ruits bovenlicht. Rechts hiervan vormen vlechtingen bovenin het muurwerk de overgang naar het lagere stalgedeelte. De linkerzijgevel (N) heeft rechts twee kelderkoeken met opgeklampt luik (de overige vensters en deuren in de zijgevels zijn evenals de achtergevel gemoderniseerd).
Het interieur verkeert nog gedeeltelijk in de oorspronkelijke staat en is onder meer voorzien van spiegelbeklampte deuren in het woongedeelte, in de via een scheluwe trap van rode handvormsteen bereikbare kelder linksvoor een vloer van rode plavuizen, een gepleisterd tongewelf en drie losse enkelruits kelderraampjes met diefijzer, in de gepleisterde brandmuur tussen het woongedeelte en de deel op de begane grond een groot 40-ruits liggend vast raam, een dito 24-ruits verdiepingsraam en schootankers ter hoogte van de eerste verdiepingsvloer, en in het stalgedeelte een ankerbalkgebint en een voor de stalknecht bestemd houten vertrek op verdiepingsniveau. Door de twee genoemde ramen in de brandmuur had men vanuit het woongedeelte een goed uitzicht op het vee in de stal.
Waardering
De boerderij is van algemeen belang wegens architectuur- en cultuurhistorische waarde als 18de-eeuwse hallenhuisboerderij behorend bij het landgoed Oud-Bussem en als historisch-functioneel onderdeel van het complex "Melkerij Hofstede Oud-Bussem".

Introduction
On a spacious farmyard on the south-east side of the Flevolaan lies a FARMHOUSE from the beginning of the 18th century, forming part of the complex "Melkerij Hofstede Oud-Bussem". This hall-house farmhouse of the Gooise type replaced a presumably 16th-century predecessor which during the siege of Naarden in 1672 was destroyed by the French. The farmhouse was purchased as part of the Oud-Bussem estate in 1902 by Joannes van Woensel Kooy for the establishment of a model farm. In the stable section of the old farmhouse young cattle from the dairy farm were housed and in the residential section two service dwellings were created. Of the stable section which burned down in 1974, the front section was rebuilt. The farmhouse has been in use as a residential dwelling since that year.
N.B. The remodelled transverse wing (XIX) against the left side facade is of secondary importance for the protection.
Description
Three-aisled hall-house farmhouse built on a rectangular ground plan, under a thatch-covered gabled roof with a gradual transition from the residential section to the lower stable section. At the level of the floor of the first storey the front and side facades are provided with wall anchors.
The symmetrical front facade (W) is plastered and has on the ground floor three large arched twelve-pane sash windows with shutters. Below on the left is a cellar window with hinged shutter. The triangular gable has in the middle a sash window with small (18th-century) glazing bars (36-pane) and is above this and along the edges provided with wall anchors. The side facades are built of red handmade brick in English bond. In the right side facade (S) there is from left to right an arched twelve-pane sash window with shutters, a door with sixteen-pane fanlight and the modified double stable door of the hall, hung on three pairs of original hand-forged hinges and provided with a 26-pane fanlight. To the right of this wattle-work in the upper part of the brickwork forms the transition to the lower stable section. The left side facade (N) has on the right two cellar windows with hinged shutter (the remaining windows and doors in the side facades are, like the back facade, modernised).
The interior remains partly in the original state and is among other things provided with mirror-clasped doors in the residential section, in the cellar accessible via a narrow staircase of red handmade brick a floor of red tiles on the left front, a plastered barrel vault and three loose single-pane cellar windows with iron grilles, in the plastered firewall between the residential section and the hall on the ground floor a large 40-pane horizontal fixed window, a similar 24-pane first-floor window and wall anchors at the level of the first floor, and in the stable section an anchor-beam roof truss structure and a wooden room on first-floor level intended for the stable hand. Through the two aforementioned windows in the firewall one had from the residential section a good view of the cattle in the stable.
Valuation
The farmhouse is of general importance due to architectural and cultural historical value as an 18th-century hall-house farmhouse belonging to the Oud-Bussem estate and as a historic-functional component of the complex "Melkerij Hofstede Oud-Bussem".
