Omschrijving onderdeel D
Achter het hoofgebouw bevindt zich onder meer nog een KETELHUIS. Het platgedekte ketelhuis heeft een rechthoekig grondvlak en één naar binnen gekromde hoek. Het gebouw heeft stalen raam- en deurkozijnen en aan de achterzijde een grote, meerzijdige, gemetselde schoorsteen. Tegen de ingangszijde bevindt zich een enkellaagse aanbouw met een schilddak. De achterzijde is door middel van een tuinmuur verbonden met een door een schilddak gedekte garage-aanbouw uit dezelfde periode. Het materiaal en de detaillering van dit bijgebouw is identiek aan die van het hoofdgebouw.

Description of component D
Behind the main building stands, among other things, a BOILER HOUSE. The flat-roofed boiler house has a rectangular floor plan and one inward-curved corner. The building has steel window and door frames and on the rear side a large, multi-sided brick chimney. Against the entrance side is a single-storey extension with a hipped roof. The rear is connected by means of a garden wall with a garage extension covered by a hipped roof from the same period. The materials and detailing of this outbuilding are identical to those of the main building.
